OCC names deputy comptroller for compliance risk

The OCC appointed Donna Murphy to serve as deputy comptrollerfor compliance risk, according to an April 13 news release.

In her new role, Murphy will oversee development of policy andexamination procedures relating to consumer, Bank Secrecy Act and anti-money laundering,and Community Reinvestment Act issues.

She joined the OCC in 2013 and currently serves as director ofthe community and consumer law division.
