Hyatt unveils new lifestyle division

Hyatt Hotels Corp. formed a new division focused on its lifestyle portfolio.

The global hospitality company, which recently completed its acquisition of lifestyle hotel management company Two Roads Hospitality LLC from private equity firm Geolo Capital LP, said the new division brings together Hyatt's and former Two Roads' lifestyle brands. These include Andaz, Alila, Hyatt Centric, Joie de Vivre Hotels, Thompson Hotels and tommie.

Frederic Flageat-Simon, former CEO of Two Roads Hospitality Asia, will be the global head of lifestyle operations, while Heather Geisler will be vice president of global brands.

Hyatt said that former Two Roads brands Thompson Hotels and Joie de Vivre Hotels were recently integrated into the World of Hyatt loyalty program.
