Pentair appoints directors after separation of electrical business

Pentair Plc on Feb. 27 announced the appointment of members of the board of directors for Pentair and nVent Electric plc after completing the separation of Pentair's electric business, scheduled for completion April 30.

The diversified industrial company appointed David A. Jones as the chairman of Pentair, while the directors appointed to Pentair's board included Glynis Bryan, Jacques Esculier, T. Michael Glenn, Theodore Harris, Matthew Peltz, Michael Speetzen, John Stauch and Billie Ida Williamson.

Harris, Peltz, Speetzen and Stauch are new appointees to the Pentair board; the other five are Pentair directors.

The nVent chairman will be Randall J. Hogan, currently chairman and CEO of Pentair; the lead director will be William Monahan. The other appointees are Brian Baldwin, Jerry Burris, Susan Cameron, Michael Ducker, David Ho, Ronald Merriman, Herbert Parker and Beth Wozniak.

Cameron, Wozniak, Baldwin, Ducker and Parker are new appointees to the nVent Board; the other five serve as Pentair directors. Wozniak will be CEO of nVent.
