SocGen names 1st culture, conduct chief for Americas

SociétéGénérale SA appointed Nancy Harrington Jones to the newly createdposition of chief culture and conduct officer for the Americas, effective May 3.

Harrington Jones will be responsible for the management andimplementation of the bank's regional and culture program for the Americas. Shewill report to SocGen Americas CEO Slawomir Krupa.

Harrington Jones has served as chief human resources officerfor the Americas since 2007. She will be replaced by John Fitzgerald.
