PSA Finance Argentina Compañía Financiera to issue bonds worth 300M pesos

PSA Finance Argentina Compañía Financiera SA said it will issue nonconvertible, negotiable bonds for a nominal value of up to 300.0 million Argentine pesos, expandable by up to 450.0 million pesos.

The bonds will yield at a variable rate and will have a maturity of 24 months.

In addition, the company said it will establish a minimum interest rate for the first interest accrual period of the bonds equivalent to 27.25%.

As of Oct. 10, US$1 was equivalent to 17.43 Argentine pesos.
