Lansen Pharmaceutical Holdings Ltd. said Hou Song resigned as CFO, executive director and an authorized representative of the company, effective Oct. 20.

Hou resigned to pursue an opportunity elsewhere and not as a result of any disagreement with the company, Lansen Pharmaceutical said in a statement.

The Chinese drugmaker's CEO and executive managing director, Chen Li, has been named as the authorized representative of the company in the meanwhile.
