Taiwan's Mega Financial Holding Co. Ltd. appointed Cheng-Mount Cheng a director to its board, effective Aug. 17.
Cheng replaces Jiunn-Rong Chiou, who stepped down from the role, according to an Aug. 13 stock exchange filing.
