MedMen Enterprises to buy Emeryville, Calif.-based cannabis dispensary

MedMen Enterprises Inc. is acquiring an Emeryville, Calif.-based licensed cannabis dispensary from Berkeley Patients Group to expand its operations to Northern California.

The company will pay an undisclosed amount of cash and stock in the transaction. MedMen noted that it does not disclose deal values for transactions that are considered immaterial from a purchase price standpoint.

Completion of the deal is expected to occur 90 days after signing of the agreement, subject to customary closing conditions.

Culver City, Calif.-based MedMen Enterprises cultivates, produces and markets cannabis for recreational and medical use.
