Bosworth Todd will retire from Todd Asset Management LLC on Jan. 20, 2017, Louisville Business First reported.

Todd is serving as chairman emeritus at the firm. He also serves as a director of First Capital Bank of Kentucky and American Life and Accident, according to the company's website.
