Hub International Ltd. has acquired the assets of The Right Choice Insurance Agency Inc., which also operates as Woodward Insurance Group.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Warren, Mich.-based Woodward Insurance is a commercial and personal insurance agency. It will join Hub International Midwest Ltd.
