Cyprus court drops charges against PhosAgro, board members

The District Court of Limassol in Cyprus dropped all chargesleveled against OJSC PhosAgro,certain board members and company shareholders by a former employee, Alexander Gorbachev,the company said March 30.

The two board members named were Andrey Guryev and Igor Antoshin.

Gorbachev had requestedthe court in May 2015 to declare that he was unlawfully deprived ofthe right to own shares in the Russian potash-based fertilizer producer.
