Kilo GoldminesLtd. said July 14 that the Democratic Republic of Congo Court ofCommerce has dismissed an action filed in 2014 by La Societe Miniere De L'ituriSPRL claiming title to the Isiro iron ore-gold property.

The property has been subject to a joint venture agreementwith Randgold ResourcesLtd. since December 2012.
