Prism Spectrum Holdings purchased fellow environmental remediation and selective demolition contractor AAIS Corp. for an undisclosed sum.

AAIS provides services to the military, public school systems, healthcare, commercial, government and other sectors.

The acquisition is the latest in Prism's plan to provide comprehensive environmental remediation and demolition services across a diverse range of end markets.

The investor group is led by private equity firm The White Oak Group Inc., which acquired a minority stake in Prism in February.
