InternationalPersonal Finance Plc said CFO Adrian Gardner is leaving the companyto pursue an alternative business opportunity.

Gardner will be replaced by Head of Finance Justin Lockwoodon an interim basis. Gardner will leave the companyonce the handover is completed.

Lockwood will join the company's executive committee andwill attend board meetings, but will not be appointed an executive director ofthe bank.

A recruitment process to appoint a new CFO has beeninitiated, IPF said.
