Charter Communications Inc. units CCO Holdings LLC and CCO Holdings Capital Corp. closed an offering of $750 million of senior unsecured notes due 2029.

The notes, which bear an annual interest rate of 5.375%, were issued at a price of 100.000% of the aggregate principal amount, the company said May 23.
