* Industrial &Commercial Bank of China Ltd. said it nominated Zhang Wei and Shen Bingxi as shareholder supervisorand external supervisor, respectively. The bank also said it nominatedShen Si as an independent nonexecutive director candidate.

* Allianz Global Assistance Australia appointed Craig Dalzell as CEO, effective April 28, InsuranceBusiness reported. Dalzell has been acting CEO of thetravel insurance company since January.

* SBI HoldingsInc. nominatedMasayuki Yamada and Heizo Takenaka as directors, subject to shareholder approvalJune 29. In addition, the company named Hideaki Asayamaas candidate for substitute outside statutory auditor.
