Food services company Aramark said Aug. 26 its Chairman, President and CEO Eric Foss will retire from the company.
Lead Independent Director Stephen Sadove will become the company's nonexecutive chairman. Foss will continue in an advisory capacity until Oct. 2.
Aramark's board is searching for a new CEO.
The Pennsylvania-based company's board has set up an office of the chairman to oversee the company's day-to-day operations until a new CEO is named.
The office of the chairman will consist of Sadove, CFO Stephen Bramlage, Executive Vice President of Human Resources Lynn McKee and Senior Vice President Lauren Harrington.
