GTI Resources Ltd. said Sept. 3 that it is now the owner of eight properties prospective for uranium and vanadium mineralization in Utah, after it completed the acquisition of 100% of the issued capital of Voyager Energy Pty. Ltd.
These eight properties are Jake, Jeffrey, Moki, Point, Pinto, Woodruff, Rat Nest and Bruce, which have a total of 181 claims and a total area of 1,505 hectares.
The company earlier said an exploration program will start immediately upon completion of the acquisition.
GTI also said it appointed Bruce Lane as executive director, while Murray McDonald will move from executive chairman to non-executive chairman. Emma Gilbert resigned from the board.
