Following the merger of CF Corp. and Fidelity & Guaranty Life, CF Corp. will change its name to FGL Holdings. Further, Fidelity & Guaranty Life's management team members Christopher Littlefield, Eric Marhoun and Dennis Vigneau will join FGL Holdings as executive officers.

Third Point Reinsurance Ltd. President and CEO J. Robert Bredahl succeeded John Berger as CEO of subsidiary Third Point Reinsurance (USA) Ltd. Bredahl stepped down as CEO of another subsidiary Third Point Reinsurance Co. Ltd. Daniel Malloy, chief underwriting officer, replaced him. Manoj Gupta, executive vice president for underwriting, was promoted to president of Third Point Re (USA).

The Florida Office of Insurance Regulation has appointed Michael Yaworsky as chief of staff, replacing Belinda Miller, who retired in July, Insurance Journal reported. Yaworsky was previously legal counsel for the Georgia Office of Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner.
