Anworth Mortgage Asset lowers quarterly dividend

Santa Monica, Calif.-based Anworth Mortgage Asset Corp.'s board approved a quarterly dividend of 9 cents per common share, lower than the previous payout of 10 cents per share.

The dividend will be paid Jan. 29, 2020, to shareholders of record as of the close of business Dec. 31.
