MacKenzie Realty Capital Inc. received and accepted about 102,739.8968 shares in relation to its tender offer for 130,179 of its outstanding common shares.

The Orinda, Calif.-based company will make cash payments of about $924,659.07 to buy the shares accepted pursuant to the offer.
