* New York-based Metropolitan Commercial Bank appointed Terence Mitchell and Robert Usdan to its board. The addition of Mitchell and Usdan increases the size of the bank's board to 12 members.

Mitchell retired in 2016 as executive vice president and chief retail officer of Dime Savings Bank of Williamsburgh. Usdan is a co-founder and principal of The Endicott Group.

Metropolitan Commercial Bank is a unit of Metropolitan Bank Holding Corp.

* Birmingham, Ala.-based Oakworth Capital Inc. disclosed the addition of Samford Myers to its board.

He owns ASF Inc., which provides transportation and logistics services.

Oakworth Capital Inc. is the parent of Oakworth Capital Bank.

* Bellingham, Wash.-based Peoples Bank promoted Henry Lee to senior vice president and team leader of the Bellingham commercial banking group, according to Mount Vernon Chamber of Commerce's website.

Also, the bank promoted Kevin Tepker to senior vice president and commercial loan officer at its Barkley Financial Center, according to Seattle Business.

The bank is a unit of Peoples Bancorp.
