Moody's affirmed Ba2 senior secured term loan and corporate family ratings for Walker & Dunlop Inc.

The outlook on the ratings was changed to positive from stable.

The rating is based on the company's strong franchise position, solid profitability, healthy capital levels and sound credit risk management. The change in outlook came as it is expected that the company will further improve its franchise, generate higher profits and maintain its strong capital and "current funding profile."
