U.S. private equity firm Strattam Capital LLC has made a majority growth investment of an undisclosed sum in Australian talent management software provider Acendre Pty. Ltd.

The deal is expected to help boost Acendre's expansion in the U.S. and Australia, as well as in further developing its cloud-based, software-as-a-service platform, according to a statement.

Acendre's software is used by organizations in highly regulated industries such as the federal government, healthcare, higher education and mining.

Earlier in December, Strattam Capital invested in software and information technology services provider Rock Solid Technologies.
