QTS Realty Trust Inc., a Kansas-based data center developer, plans to acquire a roughly 281-acre site near the planned Loudoun Gateway Station in Loudoun County, Va., for $80 million, the Washington Business Journal reported, citing sources privy to the matter.
The purchase of the Washington Dulles Gateway is anticipated to close in October, the report added.
QTS representatives could not be reached for comment, while Loudoun County Economic Development representatives refrained from speaking on the matter, according to the publication.
