Philippe Wallez will join the executive committee ofING Groep NV unitING België NV as headof retail and private banking with effect from July 15, subject to regulatory approval.

Wallez, formerly general manager of private banking for INGin Belgium, will succeed Colette Dierick, who was CEO of . He will report to INGBelgië CEO Rik Vandenberghe.
