Tyler,Texas-based Southside Bank,a subsidiary of Southside BancsharesInc., appointed Jill Kinsleyexecutive vice president and director of bank operations, the Tyler Morning Telegraphreported April 3. Kinsley joined the bank in 2004.

Glen Greeney, who has been with the bank since 1979, was appointedexecutive vice president and director of retail banking.

DanielSitton, who serves as infrastructure services manager, was named senior vice president.He has been with the bank since 2009, according to the report.

Troy Zebroskiwill replace Kip Hansen as DacotahBank's market president in Watertown, S.D., according to a news release.Zebroski was appointed Watertown market president following Hansen's as market president forAberdeen, S.D. The two will assume their new roles on or before July 1.

Zebroski has been with the Dacotah Banks Inc. unit since 1999, while Hansen has beenwith the bank for more than 20 years.


Overland Park, Kan.-based BlueValley Ban Corp. on April 4 announced the appointment of as market presidentfor Bank of Blue Valley'sbranch in Olathe, Kan.

Copeland, who is mayor of Olathe, most recently served as deputysecretary of the Department of Commerce for the State of Kansas since October 2012,according to a news release. His career also includes serving as president and CEOof Security Savings Bank FSBin Olathe.

Copelandis co-owner of Copeland Rentals and comptroller of Copeland Builders, while Kinnieis the owner and operator of Sterry Kinnie Farm in Griswold, Conn. Rourke has beeninterim superintendent of schools in Griswold since January.


Fairfax,Va.-based MainStreet Banknamed Daniel Miner seniorvice president and director of payment systems, according to an April 4 news release.Miner is a certified Treasury professional with experience in payment systems, riskmanagement and regulatory compliance.
