* Sand Hill Property Co. paid $52.5 million to acquire a 106,460-square-foot building in Mountain View, Calif., from a company associated with San Francisco-based D.R. Stephens & Co., the Silicon Valley Business Journal reported.
* Jernigan Capital Inc. closed a $12.6 million investment in a proposed all climate controlled self-storage project at 2109 University Ave. W. in St. Paul, Minn. The project comprises a single five-story building with roughly 88,838 net rentable square feet. Construction on the planned development is slated to start in the second quarter of 2018 and to be completed in the second quarter of 2019.
* Four Corners Property Trust sold an Olive Garden restaurant property in Pinellas Park, Fla., for $5.1 million. The property is leased to Darden Restaurants Inc. under a triple-net lease with roughly 16 years to run.
* Regency Centers Corp. bought 8 acres of retail land in Mt. Pleasant, S.C., for the development of a 51,000-square-foot retail project anchored by GreenWise Market for an undisclosed sum.
* The Department of Buildings processed plans for Brookfield Office Properties Inc.'s Two Manhattan West, a 59-story office tower encompassing roughly 1.75 million square feet, Curbed (New York) reported. The project will rise at 401 W. 31st St. at the corner of Ninth Avenue, within the Hudson Yards Special District in Manhattan, N.Y. It is one of the last in the five-building, eight-acre Manhattan West master plan to move ahead with construction.
* Calare Properties picked up a 103,200-square-foot property in Canton, Mass., for an undisclosed sum, the Commercial Property Executive reported. 15-21 University Road sits on 17 acres and sports 14 loading docks, six drive-in docks and more than 300 parking spaces.
