La Positiva Seguros y Reaseguros SA deputy CEO Roberto Rodrigo Freyre stepped down Dec. 6, the Peruvian insurer said in a securities filing. He had served in the position since May 2010, the insurer said without giving a reason for his departure or naming a replacement.
