MCB GroupLtd. named Didier Harel chairman, replacing Gérard Hardy, whoretired from the board of directors Sept. 29.

Harel joined the group's board as a director in November 2015.

Hardy served as president of from2004 to 2014 before becoming chairman of MCB Group following a restructuring.
