Nelda Luce Blair was elected to Conroe, Texas-based Spirit of Texas Bancshares Inc.'s board, as well as the board of unit Spirit of Texas Bank SSB, at the company's annual shareholder meeting May 23.

Michael Grover was appointed as Warsaw, N.Y.-based Financial Institutions Inc. unit Five Star Bank's senior vice president and director of financial planning and analysis and tax.

Since 2013, He has been senior vice president, chief accounting officer and financial reporting and tax manager of Financial Institutions and Five Star.

Also, Sonia Dumbleton, senior vice president and controller of Five Star since 2006, was designated principal accounting officer of Financial Institutions.

EVERTEC Inc. shareholders elected two new members to the company's board, Iván Pagán and Aldo Polak. Teresita Loubriel and Néstor Rivera did not stand for reelection.

Until recently, Pagán held various financial management and corporate development positions at Hato Rey, Puerto Rico-based Popular Inc. and its unit Banco Popular de Puerto Rico, while Polak is the chief development and investment officer at Cisneros Group of Companies.
