Since 2013, He has been senior vice president, chief accounting officer and financial reporting and tax manager of Financial Institutions and Five Star.
Also, Sonia Dumbleton, senior vice president and controller of Five Star since 2006, was designated principal accounting officer of Financial Institutions.

EVERTEC Inc. shareholders elected two new members to the company's board, Iván Pagán and Aldo Polak. Teresita Loubriel and Néstor Rivera did not stand for reelection.
