Pizza house chain Papa John's International Inc. on July 31 declared a quarterly dividend of 22.5 cents per common share.

The dividend is payable Aug. 23 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 12.

In relation to the current rate, the company placed its annual dividend at 90 cents per common share
