Brian Levitt has been elected to the board as aclass I director, effective Oct. 1.

Levitt, a designee of Toronto-Dominion Bank, will fill the vacancy created bythe expiration of the bank's waiver of its rights to designate one of itsdirectors, which accommodated the election of TD Ameritrade President andCEO-elect Tim Hockey, effective Jan. 2. He joins the board as CEO Fred Tomczyksteps down upon his retirement from the company.

Levitt serves as chairman of the board for TD Bank Group, aposition he has held since 2011. He is also the vice-chair of Osler Hoskin& Harcourt LLP.
