SC Capital Partners Pte Ltd.'s fifth Asia-focused opportunistic fund is likely to pull in about US$750 million at a final close scheduled during the week ending May 24, DealStreetAsia reported.

The private equity firm had a fundraising target of US$1 billion for the fund, which was earlier reported to have raised US$383 million at first closing.

The Real Estate Capital Asia Partners series of opportunistic real estate funds seek to invest across the Asia-Pacific region, with a focus on residential, office, retail, warehouse, hotel and other physical assets.
