Stockholder tees up secondary offering of STORE Capital common shares

A STORECapital Corp. stockholder is selling its entire remaining stake inthe company.

STORE Holding Co. LLC, an Oaktree Capital Management LP affiliate, initiated asecondary offering of all 33,336,144 shares of the company's common stock itowns. Based on the $25.98 closing price of STORE Capital's stock March 29, theoffering represents gross proceeds of about $866.1 million.

STORE Capital will not receive any proceeds from theoffering.

STORE Holding sold about 23 million STORE Capital shares earlier inMarch, including the full exercise of the underwriter's additional share option.

Goldman Sachs & Co. will serve as the offering's soleunderwriter.
