At Home Group prices secondary public offering

At Home Group Inc. priced its secondary public offering of 5 million shares of its common stock at $24.50 apiece, the company said Dec. 6.

The announcement comes two days after the Texas-based home decor retailer launched a proposed underwritten secondary public offering for 6 million shares of its common stock.

The selling shareholders, including certain affiliates of AEA Investors LP and Starr Investment Holdings LLC, have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to 750,000 additional shares.

The offering expected to close Dec. 11.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Jefferies are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering, while Barclays, Guggenheim Securities and Morgan Stanley are acting as additional joint book-running managers. William Blair, KeyBanc Capital Markets and Natixis are the co-managers for the offering.
