Pan-European private equity firm IK Investment Partners, through IK Small Cap Fund II, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Netherlands-based Acture Groep from the company's founders.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Maudie Derks will remain CEO and reinvest alongside the fund.

Acture provides specialized outsourced services to Dutch corporate companies and temporary staffing agencies to manage cases of illness or disability in their workforces.
