BioDue H1 profit climbs YOY

BioDue S.p.A. said its first-half normalized net income came to 11 euro cents per share, a gain from 11 cents per share in the prior-year period.

Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was €1.2 million, an increase from €1.2 million in the prior-year period.

Total revenue grew 6.4% year over year to €18.0 million from €16.9 million, and total operating expenses climbed 6.6% year over year to €16.0 million from €15.0 million.

Reported net income grew 16.1% year over year to €1.4 million, or 13 cents per share, from €1.2 million, or 11 cents per share.
