China Investment Development Ltd. said Leung Chi Kong and Leung Wing Kin stepped down as independent nonexecutive directors, effective July 27.

They resigned from the board in order to spend more time on other commitments, according to a same-day filing.

The Hong Kong-based investment company expects to appoint their replacements within three months.
