Northway Financial director dies

John Noyes,who served as a director of North Conway, N.H.-based and unitNorthway Bank, diedin March, according to an April 29 news release.

In therelease, the company reported net income available to common stockholders of$1.6 million, or 56 cents per share, for the first quarter, compared to $1.8million, or 66 cents per share, for the year-ago period.
