CA ImmobilienAnlagen AG completed its buyback program for 2 million bearershares ahead of schedule.

The program was originally planned to run until Oct. 7, accordingto a statement.

The shares were acquired between March 25 and Sept. 30 at atotal purchase price of approximately €32.3 million. The weightedaverage per-share price for the shares in the program was €16.1735.

CA Immobilien holds a total of 5.0603% of the total votingshares issued by the company, as at Sept. 30.
