Biotechnology company Applied Genetic Technologies Corp. appointed William Sullivan to the position of CFO, effective Aug. 7.

Larry Bullock is retiring as CFO of the company.

Sullivan previously held several leadership positions at Merrimack Pharmaceuticals Inc., including CFO, principal accounting officer and treasurer.
