Bank of Ceylon independent directors leave

Bank of Ceylon said two directors stepped down from their roles.

The bank said Aug. 7 that Ranel Wijesinha is no longer an independent nonexecutive director following the expiration of his term on Aug. 1.

H.P. Ajith Gunawardane stepped down as an independent nonexecutive director, effective July 20.
