Guoyuan Securities raises 2B yuan via short-term bonds

China's Guoyuan Securities Co. Ltd. raised 2 billion yuan by issuing short-term bonds.

The 91-day notes carry a coupon rate of 3.18%, the company said Oct. 11. The payment date for bonds was Oct. 10.

As of Oct. 11, US$1 was equivalent to 6.89 Chinese yuan.
