PIB Group Ltd. has acquired credit insurer CMR Insurance Services Ltd. and health and safety consultancy Sue Smith Ltd.

CMR Insurance Services provides managed credit insurance policies and claims and debt collection services for startups and enterprises across multiple sectors and industries. Co-founders Christian Hoy and Kim Hoy will remain with the business after deal closing.

Sue Smith will be fully integrated into PIB Group's risk management division following the transaction.
