OpGen appeals Nasdaq delisting decision

OpGen Inc. requested a hearing before the Nasdaq hearings panel to stay a delisting decision on the company's stock.

The Nasdaq staff determined to delist the company's securities after it failed to meet the exchange's $1 minimum bid price requirement.

The company will appear before the appeals panel on Feb. 8, 2018, to seek more time to regain compliance with Nasdaq's listing requirements.
