Patient Home Monitoring Corp. plans to change its name after completing the spinout of its Viemed Healthcare Inc. unit.

The new name will reflect the company's future plans and corporate strategy, Patient Home Monitoring Chairman and CEO Greg Crawford said.

In connection with its M&A strategy preparation, the company has appointed Hardik Mehta as CFO. Mehta was recently a finance professional and investment banker at Silverstone Capital Advisors, an investment banking and advisory firm.
