Nationwide Building Society issues $1B in bonds

Nationwide Building Society issued $1 billion in international bonds, Cbonds reported.

The floating-rate notes are due Aug. 1, 2024, and carry a 4.363% coupon. The bonds were sold at par, according to the July 27 report.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Citigroup and JP Morgan acted as book runners on the issuance.
