Real Good Food PLC said its normalized net income for the fiscal first half ended Sept. 30 amounted to a loss of £3.3 million, compared with income of £69,380 in the prior-year period.
Normalized net income excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis.
Total revenue fell on an annual basis to £128.7 million from £130.1 million, and total operating expenses increased from the prior-year period to £133.2 million from £129.3 million.
Reported net income totaled a loss of £4.7 million, or a loss of 7 pence per share, compared to income of £225,090, or 0 pence per share, in the prior-year period.
