Bank of Princeton to file Form 10-K late

said in aMarch 30 non-timely filing notice that its management and auditors requireadditional time to prepare, substantiate and verify the accuracy of certaindisclosure in its annual report on Form 10-K, which it said "could not becompleted without incurring undue hardship and expense."

ThePrinceton, N.J.-based bank expects to file its complete annual report for theperiod ended Dec. 31, 2015, on or before the 15th calendar day following the prescribeddue date.
